• About us

The Parent Leader® was born from real experience.

    Not theory.

A leadership programme for people with responsibility for children. For parents who carry responsibility at work and still want to provide orientation, connection, and clarity at home.

    Supporting children sounds simple.

Until everyday life gets tight. Until time pressure builds. Until boundaries start to wobble. Until parents are tired. Until good intentions are no longer enough.

That is exactly where The Parent Leader® begins.

Not as a classic parenting course. Not as a parenting guide. Not as a collection of quick tips. But as a leadership programme for people with responsibility for children. For parents who carry responsibility at work and still want to provide orientation, relationship, and clarity at home.

10+ years in school care More than 25 years ago, she helped build an after-school care concept at a public school in Zollikon, Switzerland. What began as a structure with only a few children grew over the years into a care offering with several hundred registered children for families facing complex everyday realities.
2 private daycare centres She led two private daycare structures, with team leadership, pedagogical concept development, staff development, leadership training, and support for parents and children in very different life situations.
20+ years of experience For more than twenty years, Nada has worked with children, parents, teams, and educational professionals in demanding everyday situations. Our experience does not come from concepts alone. It comes from daily practice, from building structures, from her own motherhood, and much more.

Why grossmann & partner developed The Parent Leader®.

grossmann & partner works at the intersection of leadership, culture, and human development.

With The Parent Leader®, we transfer this perspective into a sphere of life that is often called private, but that has a deep impact on performance, presence, and stability: the family life of working parents.

Because being a parent is not a side issue.

It shapes energy. Focus. Resilience. Self-leadership. And the ability to carry responsibility in multiple areas of life.

The Parent Leader® makes visible what often remains unspoken: parents lead every day. Not through title. Not through hierarchy. But through attitude, language, structure, and relationship.

    What sets our work apart.

The Parent Leader® brings together two worlds that are rarely combined in a coherent way: pedagogical depth and leadership thinking.

We do not only talk about children.
    We talk about parental leadership.

We do not only talk about upbringing.
    We talk about self-leadership.

We do not only talk about work-life integration.
We talk about stability in real everyday life.

Because many parents do not need more information.
They need a new way of reading situations.
    A language for difficult moments.

And a framework that holds when everyday life gets tight. When the laptop closes.

    Our Purpose and Vision

We exist to expand the level from which leaders, teams, and organizations create the future.

By making invisible drivers visible, we create the conditions for deeper leadership, stronger culture, and transformation that changes what becomes possible. This is how people, teams, and organizations leave a mark that could not have been created from the old system.

    We make the invisible visible.

    Our Mission

We reshape the DNA of leadership and culture by making the hidden drivers of trust, performance, and human dynamics visible.

Through leadership architecture, cultural realignment, and transformational advisory, we help leaders and organizations shift the patterns that keep results predictable — and create the conditions for deeper clarity, stronger coherence, and measurable impact.

    Our Values

    Acceptance

Accepting others as they are and for whom they are, even when we don’t understand or agree.

    Allowing

The ability to allow others to be who they are, what they are and to walk their life path, even though if you do not understand or agree.

    Trust

The ability to trust that others are being well guided, following their path and learning lessons, even if we do not understand or agree.

    Kindness

Be kind to your next ones, even if you don’t understand their choices and life paths.

    Faith

Have faith in the ability of others to change, even when it seems they cannot.

These five behaviours, by the way, are the test of any relationship.

People trust grossmann & partner because our discretion is unwavering.

The people we accompany share not only their ambitions, but their truth - the unfiltered realities that shape their decisions, their presence, and their impact.

This work is built on absolute trust.
That is why confidentiality is not a value we uphold - it is a standard we never compromise.

Transformation requires honesty. Honesty requires safety. Safety requires confidentiality.

And Confidentiality Is Non-Negotiable - It Is the Foundation of Our Work.

Our work is based on personal development, behavioral psychology, neuroscience, ontology, meta- and quantum physics.

    Our enablers

    Transform

(lat. Transformare = trans "across" and formare "to form, shape") To shape, transform, metamorphose, restructure an existing system. From the current state to a desired target state in the near future.

    Our social responsibility

At least 6 times a year, each employee is asked to spend a day in a foster home facility to receive life-changing training, free of charge.

To enable children growing up in difficult family environments to change their lives and give them an even better chance to succeed despite their past. We leave a mark.
