The Parent Leader® Mentoring & Organizational Support

When a workshop has impact, the real work begins in everyday practice.

A workshop day can create clarity. But parental leadership shows itself afterward.

In the morning. During conflict. When a child says no. With homework. With media. With tiredness. Under pressure.

That is why The Parent Leader® offers complementary mentoring and organizational formats.

For parents who want to deepen what they have learned. For companies that want to anchor parenthood, leadership, and work-life balance more broadly. For organizations that do not only want to set impulses, but enable sustainable application.

No therapy. No clinical case counseling. No ready-made recipes. But structured support for more clarity, coherence, and resonance in family life.

The Parent Leader® Group Mentoring. From workshop to everyday life.

The Group Mentoring supports parents after the workshop with concrete implementation. For parents who do not only want to understand, but want to act differently in everyday life.

How The Parent Leader® Group Mentoring works

The focus is on application, reflection, and real everyday situations.

What has worked? Where is it still tipping? Which situation needs more clarity? Which boundary needs to be held more calmly? What next step is realistic?

The format is particularly well suited for companies that want to enable sustainable transfer after a core course or an advanced module.

What does the format look like?

The meetings take place online and can also be scheduled outside regular hours. In addition, the sessions are recorded and can be accessed later on demand. They usually last around 60 to 90 minutes. You decide the frequency, for example weekly or monthly.

We keep the groups small. What matters to us is that the format remains practical and dialogue-based.

Ideal as a follow-up over 6 to 12 weeks.

Content focus

Practical application in everyday family life, reflection on typical situations, real-life questions, deepening of core course principles, current challenges, and strengthening self-leadership and confidence in action.

The Parent Leader® Individual Mentoring.

For parents who want to reflect more specifically on their own situation. The Individual Mentoring is designed for mothers and fathers who want to deepen their personal parental leadership architecture after a workshop. For parents who do not want to solve everything at once, but want to guide one concrete lever with clarity.

How The Parent Leader® Individual Mentoring WORKS

The focus is not on quick advice or ready-made answers.

Instead, it is on clear reflection: What keeps happening again and again in my family? Where do I lose leadership? Where do I react out of pressure, fear, or exhaustion? Which new structure truly helps me? What next step is small enough to be implemented?

What does the format look like?

The meetings take place online and can also be scheduled outside regular hours. Confidentiality is non-negotiable for us. We build a clear structure tailored to you individually. You can book individual sessions or packages.

The focus is on application and self-leadership. Ideal as individual support over 6 to 12 weeks.

Content focus

Recognizing your own response patterns, boundaries, and communication, dealing with family life under pressure, clear individual concrete next steps, and strengthening clarity and confidence in action.

The Parent Leader® organisational support

When a workshop is meant to become more than a single day, this is where the next level begins. For companies that want to embed The Parent Leader® more broadly across the organisation, we develop a customised year-long programme.

Parents’ leadership as part of modern employee development

No single impulse. Rather, a structured development over time.

For organisations that do not see parenthood as a side topic, but as part of stability, presence, and long-term performance. A conceptual and structured support for parents in a professional context.

Possible conceptual architecture as a holistic approach

Base workshops, deep dives for ages 0 to 6, deep dives for ages 6 to 12, deep dives for teenagers at home, group mentoring, focused Q&A formats, supportive HR communication, internal community impulses, and annual planning with flexible on-demand access.

For companies that prioritize sustainability

Complementary to initiatives such as Working Parents communities, leadership programmes, Women in Leadership initiatives, wellbeing offerings, DEI and work-life integration programmes, or talent and retention initiatives.

It is a structured and conceptual support for parents in a professional context, with a focus on clarity, coherence, resonance, and concrete implementation in everyday life.
